The 44-year-old has earned understandable comparisons with Monchi, who also made his name in Andalusia. Orta has vast experience in the game, as he started his career as director of football at Real Valladolid in 2005.
Maybe his most notable spell in football of late was at Leeds United, where he was DOF between 2017 and 2023 before he moved to Sevilla in 2023.
Apart from the relevant attributes being strong, Orta has 16 Adaptability and Determination. The Spaniard is knowledgeable about not only football in his home nation but also England and Russia.
Unfortunately, as he has only just joined Sevilla, so he will be hard to prise away from the Andalucian club. If you can, then he will undoubtedly be a shrewd appointment.

The 59-year-old German built a steady reputation for himself in his homeland, having started his career as a DOF way back in 2001 at Alemannia Aachen.
