As I am sure you are all aware, the Beta access of FM26 dropped to players who pre-ordered the game via Steam or other partner retailers.
After a two-year wait for a new edition of FM, fans are understandably excited about the beta release. One of the first things many players look for in a new FM game is which new leagues are available to use, especially those who enjoy journeyman careers.
While European football’s most significant leagues, such as the Premier League, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1, are still available, FM26 also offers new, lesser-known leagues for fans to use.
Of course, FM26 will also be the first edition of the franchise to offer the chance to manage clubs in the women’s game, which could be highly intriguing if you want a varied managerial career.
Here are the new interesting leagues available to use on FM26:
Men’s
Egyptian Premier League
The North African league joins its continental counterparts in South Africa as a playable league on FM. Do you wish to conquer the continent by first winning the Premier League and then winning the CAF Champions League? Well, here is your chance.
Many players have arrived from Egypt and made a significant impact in the European game, such as Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah and Manchester City’s Omar Marmoush. Managing in the Premier League gives you the chance to nurture the next big Egyptian superstar.
Lithuania A Lyga
This one is for any players who really love a challenge. Could any manager guide a club from the minnow league of A Lyga to Champions League glory? If you are up for the challenge, then the option is available for you.

Once, this league may be for hardcore FM’ers who love experiencing new leagues, because most mortals may shy away from this lesser-known league.
UAE Pro League
The Asian league first started in 1973 and has grown in quality and reputation. A foreign influence has made the league more competitive and professional in recent years.
The likes of Andres Iniesta, Asamoah Gyan and Adel Taarabt have played in the UAE Pro League. Taking over a club in the league would be a big challenge, as you attempt to raise the standard and the profile of the game in the Southeastern Arabian Peninsula.
Women’s

The addition of women’s football is welcome to some FM fans. There will be 14 leagues from 11 nations on initial release. However, just as with the men’s leagues, there will be more available in the future courtesy of those brilliant modders.
The women’s leagues available in FM26 include the Barclays Women’s Super League from England, France’s Première Ligue, Germany’s Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga, Spain’s Liga F and the USA’s National Women’s Soccer League.
Success in those big European leagues obviously gives you the opportunity to compete in the Champions League, which for most clubs is the pinnacle of both the men’s and women’s games.
Why no Saudi Arabian Saudi Pro League?
The presence of Cristiano Ronaldo and other international stars has boosted the popularity of the Pro League in Saudi Arabia. Suddenly, kids are walking around with Al-Nassr kits, when it was previously considered an obscure league.
It is growing in popularity, so why isn’t it in FM26? Unfortunately, the Pro League isn’t in FM26 because of licensing restrictions. These have prevented Si from putting the league in the latest edition of the game.
Despite the league being playable, the Pro League’s biggest stars, such as Ronaldo, will still be in the game and no doubt popping up in Europe’s biggest leagues.
Which new league are you most excited about in FM26?
